BEM School and Turning Pages Foundation have entered into a momentous partnership with the common goal of building a Whole School Reading Culture at BEM. Research has proved that children who read for enjoyment have better life outcomes and lead happier lives. Turning Pages Foundation is a section 8 non profit company with the vision of building strong and joyful reading habits in school children using the best from the world of children’s literature. They have a presence in 4 states and have worked with more than 4000 school students, bringing the joy of reading to teachers and students alike. May 27th 2024 saw the launch of this partnership at BEM through their teacher training programme. A special school coach will be implementing the programme at BEM and taking the school on a journey of joyful reading.
